Kimberley’s experience in residential real estate spans over twenty-five years. Graduating with an MBA, earning PMP (Project Management Professional) and Predictive Data Analysis certification, Kimberley has a strong business acumen delivering a broad depth of skill and experience. Kimberley has an innate ability to identify her client’s needs and she values listening intently. Her commitment to excellence coupled with effective communication and savvy negotiation skills has been instrumental in providing clients with guidance, support and success in achieving their goals.

Having authored two real estate books, she is believes’ it is important to share information and knowledge as an integral part of evaluating options and making prudent objective-oriented decisions. Kimberley has presented consumer courses for first time buyers and investment properties at local universities and a number of continuing education venues.
